TabbFly Cargo provides air cargo transportation services to businesses, including
manufacturers, wholesalers, and other corporate entities.
We partner with freight forwarders and logistics providers for seamless
transportation.
Agreement and Contract:
All services are subject to a signed written agreement between TabbFly Cargo and the
client. The agreement details service scope, shipment schedules, and responsibilities.
Prohibited and Restricted Goods:
The shipment of illegal or prohibited items, including drugs, firearms, explosives, and
other restricted goods, is strictly forbidden.
Clients must comply with all national and international laws regarding prohibited
items. TabbFly Cargo will not accept responsibility for any penalties arising from
violations of these laws.
Booking Process:
Clients must book cargo through our official channels, providing accurate information
on the goods, weight, and other necessary details.
Packaging and Labeling:
Clients are responsible for packaging and labeling goods in compliance with IATA
regulations and international standards.
Improperly packed goods may be refused.
Delivery Schedule:
TabbFly Cargo aims to deliver within the agreed schedule. Delays due to unforeseen
circumstances will be communicated promptly.
Liability and Insurance:
TabbFly Cargo takes responsibility for goods while in transit, but liability is limited
under international conventions.
Clients are advised to obtain additional insurance for high-value items.
Customs and Regulatory Compliance:
Clients must provide accurate customs documentation. Any fines or delays due to
non-compliance will be borne by the client
Payment Terms:
Full payment is required in advance. TabbFly Cargo operates on a no-credit policy,
meaning no services will be rendered without full payment being cleared.
Cancellation and Modification Policy:
Bookings can be canceled or modified with 48 hours' notice. Last-minute cancellations
may incur fees.
