Booking Confirmation: By booking a seat through TabbFly Share, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.
Seat Reservation: TabbFly Share allows individuals to reserve a single seat on a private charter flight operated by Tabbdoc Aircraft.
Availability: Seat availability is subject to the discretion of Tabbdoc Aircraft and may vary based on factors such as flight route, aircraft capacity, and scheduling.
Booking Process: Customers can book a seat through the Tabbdoc Aircraft website or mobile application by providing the required information and making the necessary payment.
Payment: Payment for TabbFly Share seats must be made in full at the time of booking and is nonrefundable.
Flight Schedule: Tabbdoc Aircraft will provide customers with the flight schedule, including departure and arrival times, at the time of booking confirmation.
Flight Changes: Tabbdoc Aircraft reserves the right to modify the flight schedule, including departure times and routes, based on operational requirements.
Passenger Requirements: Customers must comply with all passenger requirements and safety regulations specified by Tabbdoc Aircraft, including carrying valid identification and adhering to baggage limitations.
Cancellation Policy: TabbFly Share bookings are non-refundable. In the event of flight cancellation by Tabbdoc Aircraft, customers may be offered an alternative flight or compensation as per company policy
Responsibility: Tabbdoc Aircraft assumes no liability for any delays, cancellations, or incidents arising from factors beyond its control, including but not limited to weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, or force majeure events
Safety Measures: Customers are required to follow all safety instructions provided by Tabbdoc Aircraft staff and crew during the flight.
Behavioral Standards: TabbFly Share passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner and adhere to all instructions given by the flight crew.
Indemnity: Customers agree to indemnify and hold Tabbdoc Aircraft harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their participation in TabbFly Share flights.
Seat Availability: Clients booking TabbFly Share seats will have the option to select specific dates within a particular month for their travel. These dates will be made available for booking 15 days in advance, allowing clients to pre-book their seats.
Flight Confirmation: Once all seats on the private charter flight are booked, the flight will be confirmed. If all seats are not booked, clients will be notified whether the private jet will be flying on the selected date or not.
Hand Baggage Guidelines: In accordance with government safety regulations, each passenger is permitted to bring aboard only one piece of hand baggage, which must not exceed the combined dimensions of length, breadth, and height, totaling 55+35+25 units
